What to know
*Before you start your journey and during your journey, you will be informed about everything. However, we wanted to underline some points that you should not forget.
*Details of the Daily Program, where you will experience the privileges of Selectum Blu Cruises, will be sent to your cabin every evening. The program will allow you to keep on track with all services offered both, on land and on board, to participate if you wish, and enjoy your holidays more actively.
*If you are travelling during the summer months, we recommend that you pack comfortable and breathable clothes. Flat and comfortable shoes will facilitate your movements on board. You might wish to take your sunglasses, swimsuit and hat with you.
Our greatest desire is to see you dressed elegantly in our restaurants. Our biggest request is that you do not dress in swimwear, shorts and slippers for meals.
A light jacket will prove useful for slightly windy nights.
*All port taxes are included in your package prices. The tax rates for 3-4 night package tours vary and are included in the purchase price.
*The service charge of €12 per person per day is not included in the price, but is mandatory. Payable on board (from 12 years)
*We don’t wish anything to happen to you during your trip, but we recommend that you buy a travel insurance.
*Laundry and Dry Cleaning
Just put the clothes you wish to be laundered in the laundry bags provided in your cabins and leave them on your bed. Laundry services are provided against extra charge and will be reflected in your cabin account.
*Our guests are not allowed to bring any kind of living animals, firearms, ammunition, flammable, explosive, piercing, cutting materials and tools or dangerous goods on board the ship.
It is forbidden to bring and use any recreational or narcotic substances on board.
*Make sure to carry your passport and/or ID, your cruise ticket, medicines and valuables and any other necessary items in your hand luggage.
Please read the “Conditions of Carriage” when you embark - we also recommend that you print a copy and keep it with you.
The information on your luggage tags must be correct and legible.
For security reasons, visitors are not allowed on board.
Pets are not allowed on board.
If you are traveling with infants or children under 32kg, please ask your attendant for a special life vest. The life vests provided in your cabin are for adults and children weighing more than 32 kg. If requested otherwise, please ensure that the appropriate life vests are delivered to your cabin.
Smoking is prohibited in all interior areas of the ship, including your cabin. Smoking is only allowed in the designated areas on deck without “no smoking signs”, where ashtrays are provided.
It is unacceptable to throw litter on board or into the sea. Please do not trash on board the ship or on the decks. Use the trash cans.
The ship’s safety devices must not be touched and children must be supervised at all times by their parents on the deck areas (decks, staircases, lifts and around the pool).
Please help us protect the environment and save energy by turning off the lights and unplugging all electrical appliances before leaving your cabin.
Before boarding the ship, we recommend that you buy your Overseas Departure Duty Stamp at your bank and take the receipt with you. If you did not have a chance to purchase the stamp at your bank, you can do so at the port.
*For security reasons and to expedite our embarking and disembarking procedures at each port, your passport will be kept on the reception deck. Your passport will be returned to you before the cruise ends. You are required to present your personal boarding pass when requested at all ports of destination.
Depending on your nationality and itinerary, you may need valid, up-to-date ID cards or passports and multiple-entry Schengen visa. All guests must have valid travel documents to travel.
Greece is a member of the European Union and visits to this country are subject to a Schengen Visa.
Passports must be valid for at least six months as of the tour return.
The relevant passport must not have been rejected before.
The passport must not have TRNC (Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus) stamp.
Guests who are citizens of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) can join our tour with their EU passport. Passengers with EU (European Union) passports can enter Turkey with their EU passports and travel from Turkey to the Greek islands.
Guests who do not fulfil the passport requirements cannot travel and are excluded from any refund.
For our guests who do not have a Schengen Visa, there is a Gate Visa application to the Greek Islands.

What to bring with you?
Please pack your luggage on the evening before you leave the ship and write your contact information and cabin number on the luggage tags that we will leave in your cabins (Make sure they are clearly visible). If your luggage has locks, please use them and leave your bags outside your cabin door before the end of the night.
If you have used your safety deposit box to store valuables, please remember to take your belongings with you. Everything you will need for the next morning, including cash, medicines, passports, tickets and valuables, should be in your hand luggage and always with you.
Our crew will collect your luggage from your cabin door and take it to the designated luggage collection area at the cruise terminal. Please check your personal data on the luggage tags before leaving the cruise terminal to ensure you have the correct luggage.
